The Christmas holy-days are a time to celebrate Jesus’ birth into the human family by spending time with our own families. If you have a few more days together with your family and are running out of ideas for things to keep the kids occupied, consider doing something simple and/or nature- based that doesn’t create any more material trash or use extra natural resources. Although it’s cold, go for a walk together outside, play cards or board games in the candlelight as a family, or sit around the table in your pajamas and make art while you create thank you cards for Christmas gifts.
