In celebration of the World Day of Prayer for Youth and Young Adults, the Office for Evangelization and Catechesis is happy to provide a “look” into the life and ministry of University Chaplaincy in the Diocese of Hamilton. If you or a loved one is beginning university soon or at university now share this video with them so they know there is a Catholic community available for them to join!

The Diocese is home to four University Chaplaincy Centres: Canadian Martyrs Student Centre (McMaster University, Hamilton), Newman Centre (University of Guelph), John Paul II Centre (Waterloo, Ontario), and St. Jerome’s University Chaplaincy (Waterloo, Ontario).

May we continue to pray for the good work of these centres, and pray that young adults in our Diocese continue to feel well supported and spiritually nourished in their post-secondary journeys.
