Rosary for Peace

All are welcome to join Bishop Crosby and Bishop Lobsinger at the Cathedral Basilica on Friday, March 25, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. as we pray the Rosary, asking for the intercession of our Blessed Lady, to bring peace to our world, especially in Ukraine.

In union with our Holy Father, Pope Francis, we will consecrate Russia and Ukraine to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. For those unable to join us in person, you can participate by livestream through the Cathedral Basilica’s YouTube channel.

Here at St. Francis of Assisi Parish the Rosary will be prayed Tuesday to Friday, at 8:40 A.M. before our daily morning masses during the week, for the people of Ukraine and for Peace in our World.

Stations of the Cross

Join members of the Knights of Columbus as they lead us in praying the Stations of the Cross on this Friday in Lent. This Way of the Cross is excerpted from the Good Friday service at the Colosseum in 2005, with prayers composed by then Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger, now Pope Benedict XVI. This selection was put together by the Knights of Columbus Columbia Magazine and is used with their permission.

The first set of images used in this video are the Stations of the Cross in St. Francis church, carved by the late Karl Rothammer. The second Stations of the Cross were created by local artist Timothy Schmalz and are used with his permission. Visit http://www.SculpturebyTPS.com
