In the Fall of last year members of St. Francis of Assisi Parish signed a petition created by Development and Peace asking the federal government to enact laws that will compel Canadian companies to conduct due diligence across their overseas operations and that will give the victims of their abuses access to justice in Canadian courts.

Our MP for Kitchener Centre, Mike Morrice, presented the petition to Parliament this past February, and other MPs also brought the petition from their ridings. We now have video clips of the petition being presented by Mike Morrice and others, which you can watch below.
